Flexible water based Rainbow effect paste that is dries either transparet oropalascent, containing holographic pigments that mysteriously glint, creating an ice effect. The effect differs on light and darc surfaces, but it is impressive anyway. It can be applied on any surface, excellent for stencil technique.
